I don't have one of these cars, nor have I ever seen one in person. Just curious to see if anybody has any footage of this thing doing anything worth watching? I searched youtube for quiet a while tonight and all I found were vids of the car launching and taking a very violent left or right turn withing 10 feet and either doing donuts or crashing into something. Just curious to see what these things are really capable of.

I've been thinking the exact same thing for quite some time now. Yeah!! Anyone have vid of a fire breathing dc powered funny car pass??? Surely someone out there has laid down some crazy passes.

Is this car really that unpopular that in 9 days there has only been one seven-second video posted? Looks like you have your car pretty dialed, but I've really been hoping to see some action that makes me say "Wow! I need to get one of those!" Unfortunately, it's gonna require more than seven seconds to convince me.

I too would have thought more vids would show up.... maybe it is more difficult than is expected to make fast straight passes.

Well for one, this car is basically one-dimensional as-in doing drag strip launches. It appeals to very few. I think that this is an RC car that...well "if it doesn't grab you as soon as it's release then you don't need it". It can get kinda boring seems

But anyhow, that video from Jack is probably the best vid I've seen when it comes to these Funny Cars because all you see is BORING launches of this car on youtube. He actually did a speed pass...an insane speed pass at that so I don't think you'll get any better than that video when it comes to this vehicle. its just not appealing to todays RC'ers.

The 132ft record with the stock rubber tires with in the Radio Controlled Drag Racing League is a 2.213 @ 63.56mph. We have had many 2.24's thru 2.29's and thats racing up hill.

it was definitely tough for us to get it going on the stock tires. we had one decent pass with a light prep of maybe 30' of vht. it went 2.3 something at 63. most of the time we had to take off soft and it would run 2.5's to 2.8's. still would run around 60. plus we are racing on blacktop which does not hook as good as concrete. we would love to find a permanent spot that we could race at and prep the way we want with out getting in trouble lol

I race all my funny cars at a high school parking lot. Unfortunately the lots isnt big enough for a drag strip, so I just race laps on the parking lot. The funnycar is unlocked and gears switched for high speed. I have purchased 6 funnycars with 3 currently being repaired.

It's not a flop it's just that some people arnt interested in this because where they live or just don't like onroad cars me myself is offroad basher but right now I only got two onroad and I'm having problems with both if I get mine running I'll use my gopro
