So I was running the truck today, after I warmed it up a bit it was doing wheelies non stop and had a lot of punch off the start. After running a tank and a half through it (non stop), with no cool down time it seemed like it was loosing power. Should I be letting it cool down between tanks? Would it be cause the diff oils are heating up and getting thin? Why would I be loosing power?
It is probably the spur gear unscrewing a bit. After you let it cool down, is it going good again? Probably not the diff oil. You maybe have a leak in the engine. Check for loose screws everywhere. The tuning of the Trx engines can also be a pain.

Ya it's good after it cools down. I've completely sealed the engine. Actually it's an OS.21
It could be wearing out, and when the sleeve expands it will get low on compression.
