    Pro line flo-tek body

Has anybody tried these bodies? I was wondering if you would get better air flow over your esc and motor

Not really. It is designed to allow the body to vent air in flight, to reduce the parachute effect that most Sc truck bodies cause. Because a SC body already has a lot of space around the wheelwells a lot of air goes over the ESC and motor.

Here is my Proline Flo-Tek on my 2x4:

Cutting out all of the vents is a major pain in the backside. After one solid day at the track I already have cracks. Recommend just using a reamer to make a lot of little round holes, this should limit the amount of cracking that happens.

Also, it has template dimples holes for different trucks, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! The front dimples line up fine, the back dimples are WAY off, I had to drill holes going sideways to get the body to work in the back of my Slash.

Once you get around the mounting issues the body seems to work really well.

Here is Jang's review of it:

    Love this body!
As great Scott said, don't trust the mounting holes they are off by a bit.
I also had problems with one or 2 of the cut out holes cracking, I have a new flowtek waiting to be started at home.
This time I'm going to make the corners of the cut outs more "round" instead of squaring them off like it shows.
I didn't do the fender holes either and maybe that's why great Scott got so much cracking?
