3s Lipo high high voltage error???

Hi, I have traxxas 3s 25c 5000mAh, it won't take charge, for now I only have traxxas balance charger but when I plugged the lipo the lights stay green (fully charged)... putted in my truck and the esc flashing red then green... Checked with Voltage Checker and it shows No1 4.47, No2 4.44, No3 4.45, ALL 13.3
What's wrong with my lipo and is there a way to fix it?

It is severely overcharged. I would not use that LiPo.

Sorry for the silly question, but what is the correct voltage per cell for a fully charged lipo? And would this be the traxxas charger is faulty, or the battery faulty for accepting too much charge?

4.2 volts per cell.

What settings were you using?

There is nothing in the battery that prevents it from being abused. That protection is up to the user...

switch to nikad go about half of the battery voltage discharge for 40 seconds without balance cord plugged in then switch to lipo balance and charge should work usually does for me...
