Just saw an ad for DollarHobby.com, I was wondering if anyone has ever bought from them? Is it a legit site?

I've ordered over $1000 worth of take off parts from them in the past 6 months.
They have great customer service as well, one order was missing a part and they sent the item promptly no questions asked, and one order had Summit skidplates instead of slash skidplates , they sent out the slash skidplates right away and offered me the Summit skidplates for 60% off or they would mail me a return label, I opted to keep the summit skidplates since I own a summit.

Just one thing for international customers, they ship DHL Global Mail, I strongly suggest to request DHL Expedite or USPS if you don't want to wait up to two months for your parts... Not their fault, international shipping went bad past 6 months..

Please watch you language.

If i lived in the US i'd buy from there all the time. Canadian shipping kinda sucks but if you need a new diff its less than 1/2 price from a hobby shop. I built 3 trucks getting most of the stock parts from DH.

One time i ended up having a missing part it was 4 revo shocks with mounts and screws for $15 they did not hesitate to resend the missing parts.

My favorite part about them is that they give you all of the extras! Screws, bearings, etc... not just the one PART you wanted. I.E. I've ordered the a-arms for my Summit and they came with the hub assembly, boots, screws and pins!

believe it, they are new. all they do is buy a whole RTR and stripped it to sell as parts.

Yes they are always paid by the buyer. But if u use purolator the fees are always included in the shipping their are no surprises or extra's when it gets to the door. They are usually cheeper than anyone else as well. Not sure why more online places do not have that as a option.

There may be customs fees though... you would be international.

I like them, very good prices. Not sure if they have aftermarket parts but when you need a stock part they have amazing prices and ship USPS first class.

Buying from the website gives you an extra 5% off of the eBay price and they also give a volume shipping discount starting at 6 items.
I just ordered parts to build an lcg slash and noticed the extra $4 off of shipping during final checkout.

I buy all my Merv diffs from them which is a lot! The best part is for 12.99 plus shipping, I not only get the full ring, pinion and spider gears, I get the bulkhead, bearings, and cross screw for just about the same price of what my LHS sells just the ring gear for! Love Dollar Hobbyz!

I received my parts for my lcg slash 4x4 the other day and assembled it yesterday.
I have now built the following from parts sourced from dollarhobbyz,
2 e-revos brushless
Slash 4x4 hcg
Slash 4x4 lcg
2 slash 2wd
And plenty of upgrades, spare parts, and screws for the Erevos, summits, rustlers, slashes, ofna lx2e, associated sc8.2e
