    1/16 Center half shafts

I melted the plastic and don't want to put another plastic one on. Are there any aluminium ones because the u joints just pop out?

No good aluminum ones, but there are good steel ones:

Mine even handle my MMP/4600 on 4S without a problem. Good upgrade.

OK thanks because if I just buy a new plastic one the same thing will happen again.

I can't see those rubber o-rings lasting that long on the Traxxas driveshaft, especially going off road where a bunch of little rocks and stuff will get in there and tear it up. I'm using the GPM steel driveshaft (SERV237), along with jb weld over the pins. I've been running it for a few years, and I've never had a problem with it.

JUST did this to my son's MERV this past weekend

Had extra drive shafts laying around so just swapped yoke ends and replaced it. IF it lasts another 3 years I will be happy.

Its funny, never heard of anyone melting them before
