Nice at chief but I would not hang anything directly attached to the barrel as it will throw off accuracy never tried it myself though but several avid hunters have told me not to attach anything around the barrel.....but its a great coyote rifle either way ....nice build

Nice black gun. Is that a .223 or something else? I have two. One is a .223/5.56. The other is a 6.5 grendel, that I built from the ground up. I bought every little part and put it together myself. What is your optic? Is that a red dot, with a laser on the side?

Mine. I no longer have the Surefire on the front. It's now a Streamlight TLR2S on a MagPul mount. Rifle is a Bravo Company/Spike.

Thanks man, yeah I know it's probably not the best place, but that light is going to be swapped up for a nicer one soon. This one is used for home defense, so close range stuff for now.

Thank you, it's a Sig 223/5.56, piston driven, floating front rail, mag pull stock/grip/mags.
The optic is a Vortex StrikeFire Red/green dot rig, no laser, but a great sight for the mid range price.

I am certain pavmentsurfer will reply to this thread once he sees it. I saw part of his collection last week and did a little shooting with him. It made me realize how much I love shooting, the overall competition involved and the smell of burned gun powder.

I'd like to get ahold of one with the .50 beowolf kit on it but I think that's for military only.

No anyone can get the .50 beowolf. Other than to say I have a .50, you would be better off with a .458 socom. The ballistics, and ammo options are way better. Or you can get a .50 bmg kit, that fits on a standard lower reciever. I have seen them, but I refuse to shoot one. It is a bolt action, single shot upper, that the bolt goes where your buffer goes. No thanks don't need to hurt myself like that.

Working on a build right now myself. Only have a stripped upper and lower, plus trigger kit. Parts a getting easier to find, but not the money to buy them!

Sorry for the delay. Been pretty busy with end of summer term stuff. Physics 3 final and 2 end of term projects for Advanced tech writing.



Spec:
Del-Ton 16" HBAR upper with M16 bolt. You wouldnt believe how big the barrel is under the handguard. Almost couldnt get the handguard on, had to bend the heat shield.
Spikes Tactical lower with Del-Ton CAR lower parts kit
Magpul CTR stock, MOE handguard and grip. MBUS backup iron rear sight
EOTech 512.
YHM riser for 1/3 co witness
YHM Phantom Brake
I only run PMags in it.
All the mags and furniture are OD Green with a matching Condor bag with matching OD American flag patch.

Oh, and thats my G34. Great little gun.
