Im thinking of getting that same Futaba gyro for mine. I guess you havent tested it out on the street yet with it. Or if you have how do you like it? Also on those sway bars. I ordered some for mine. Then I read on the package when they arrived that its not recommended for high speeds near 70 mph. I'm thinking of installing them anyways and trying the loose ones just to see how it acts.

That's correct. I read you just need to loosen off one end of the back sway bar for speed runs.

Any new must have developments for the XO-1 model?

With the anticipation of spring coming, I though it time to dust off the RC,s rebuild, do some maintenance and even start new projects....

My attention turned to the XO-1 after rebuilding all the bearings in my Ultimate. I have been wanting to install the Traxxas Red GTR shock bodies, as well as install a stiffer set of springs. I decided to just try the Revo Reds with a Green (3.5 rate) up front and a White (2.9 rate) in the back.

The stock White/Blue springs that come with the XO are said to be 1.9 rate, so these Reds are quite a bit stiffer, I hope this doesn't mess it up too bad

I'm really wanting to get this machine out and drive it around. Just when the snow was almost gone on the main street, its been snowing for the last few days. It maybe a while yet.

    Front Greens 3.5

    Rear Whites 2.9

Ha, Ha, Thanks for checking in Simon! Not a lot going on, but maybe soon I will get to run it... By the end of the month I know. I plan to take it to the Defrost car meet and play around with it while looking at, and showing full size cars
