    bandit magic long term

Wow! My first thread is a build thread!

So I have been watching and researching a bandit. I have a stampede and that has been taking some wear and there is only so much it can do. So it was only logical to get a new one. I like the look of the bandit, as well as the price, it is one of the cheaper. I want to make it as fast as possible on the stock battery. So gear changes for the most part. But I know I can always change more advanced stuff later. Baby steps. So I have a list of easy/ external

If there is any other things needed to accomplish these things. Please let me know!

    Welcome to the forum!

One thing you might want to consider if your goal is to go as fast as possible with the stock battery would be getting a VXL Bandit instead of the XL-5. Top speed with a stock battery and Titan still won't be anywhere near a VXL model in stock form.

If you use the $40 off code it will be $125 more than the one you posted and it includes brushless and lipo. Best bang for your buck

okay! Ill consider the fancy tires. But what i meant by stock battery was that i knew increasing battery voltage would increase speed, so I didnt want to hear that over and over. I think we may have a winner right here

yea if you want to go faster with the nimh stock type battery you may want to bump up to the 9.6v traxxas battery. the one you're using now is probably the 8.4v

    check the link lol
