    Sand Paw tires in snow

Was wondering if anyone has ever tried the sand paw tires in the snow?

I had them on my 2x4 Slash, it wasn't great. The front tires picked up snow quickly, stopping it in its tracks within a few feet. I have seen sand tires work pretty well when the track has skis on the front.

the first winter I had my protract kit I used mohawks and sling shots on the sct rims. I liked the mohawks, they acted like skies pretty well. but the tires were too skinny I thought. I had better luck using my trenchers and adding chains to the rears.
