    Rear Diff

Any suggestions on how to beef up the rear diff. My son has destroyed it after only 8 batteries. Also the rear lower shock retainers keep falling off.

What the world is he doing with the thing? I run a 4k 2 cell brushless setup in mine, and i beat the heck out of it and haven't broken anything yet. Maybe the diff just wasn't set right from the factory?

Yep that was it the nut for the slipper clutch wasn't set up tight enough. How about shocks any suggestions? I noticed yesterday one of the stock shocks are bent.

The slipper tends to loosen up in the first few runs.
Shoe-goo would help keep the lower spring perches on. I think you can modify stampede 4x4 rock guards to fit, that should protect the shocks.

No modification required. The only issue is that the included spacer isn't quite long enough so don't tighten the inner screw too much or it will bend the guard.
