From all of the knowledge that I have you can not. He might be able to have them as strictly show cars. I mean I could be wrong but I don't think your allowed to have them imported and used as daily drivers.

From what I understand he has a special permit to have them. He drives them all the time because I see them lol. They are 100% real and amazing cars. If I remember correctly the permit was nonlegal smog exhaust and nonshatter proof glass. Could be wrong.

That would make sense. Because the reason they are not allowed is because of pollution laws and other little odds and ends.

My friend that had the red 240sx that has been talked about is being sold. He is going to buy a Jeep. He wanted something different and was having money problems with the 240. I might buy the 240 off of him.

Heres the Jeep he got. Its HUGE in person.

The Jeep has a 4" lift and 35" tires.

Yeah I cannot wait or should I say we lol. My dad has had one for years. Love everything about them and man do they hold valve. Or at least around here they do.

So you already know how much fun they are. Some of the best experiences of my life have been out jeeping to places and just being out on the trials. Moab is just south and the best place ever. Have fun and enjoy it along with your family. Let us know when you get one.

that'd be siiick ha, I think I'm done modding my TSX. it basically my family sedan, got two kids xD but i do wanna buy a project car and go all out. Honda Civic EX or if possible, an SI. I'm a honda kinda guy lol

I'm done modding cars I just wanna buy one and leave it alone. California so strick and can get you a ticket for just about anything you've done different. I have a CAI and greddy full cat back, lowered 1 1/2" with 17in wheels on my DC4 and that put a big hole in my pockets with ticket. Learned my lesson and I rather have a fast rc car now that can take down a real for a block run lol.

I'm a car nut and have been working on cars since I was 13.... I've modified many of mine and from bolt on mods, to full engine swaps... It's always been part of my life.

Most recent project was a suspension and BBK upgrade




This spring I will be installing a carbon air box with a Alpha N Tune, upgrading my paddle shifters and that should be good

its my baby It has quite a few miles on it so I don't think it could handle many more mods lol

How many miles? Acuras/Hondas can run for many kms when properly maintained.

Yeah it still has a lot of go time, its on about 196,000. which i can probably double that and it still be running LOL however, i wouldn't mind a skunk2 intake manifold and a dc sports header to finish off my breather mods but I think all that would be pushing it. sure would sound nice tho <3 mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm haha

It's amazing how long some cars can run if you take proper car of them. My camry has 180,000 with out a single problem.

^ so true, my dc4 went pass 200K, only thing I do is oil change it as scheduled and I did change the headgasket before it hit 190K.

My dd is a '91 CRX with jdm dohc ZC gets me from point a to point b without a problem, sure its not the most powerful motor but its very reliable enough

My buddy had an S2K, it was like a Shifter cart with doors and lots of fun to drive.

So Your saying I should keep my carbon fiber paddles? I actually like them too, but wanted to try those new Storm Motorwerks ones that match my center console shift lever

The paddles are simple to install, and I do want to try the Storm Motorwerks for they are suppose feel really solid in use. Additionally they have a neoprene finger area that is said to be so awesome in tactile feel and temperature isolation.

Thanks, here are a few during a trip to a car meet in Regina. I was traveling with ~130 other cars, riding in my friends R32 Skyline so I could get a few shots of my car.

That is awesome. A beautiful and amazing car actually driven. Seriously a great looking car. I imagine it performs really well too. Why were you traveling with 130 cars!? Aw man!! Skylines are the best car ever made.

Thanks Bash! We were traveling from Saskatoon (home city) to Regina 2 hours away to a car meet. Defrost is the annual meet where car enthusiast get together for the spring defrost and show of their cars. There is a Drift race the next day (Sunday) at the Kings Park Speedway where you get to watch drift racing and can go for rides in cars where the drivers are letting you, which is most cars.

It really was cool to be traveling with that many cars down a double lane highway. Of course we had to sort of breakup in to packs so to minimized issues on the road with regular traffic.
