    Rc solutions Roll Cage

Hey guys, been working on the E-Revo. I feel like I don't get enough abuse out of my E-Revo. And by that I mean I don't bash my E-Revo, at all. I'm constantly cleaning it and keeping it in amazing condition. I have the first mamba monster with a 2650kv motor and I just upgraded to some 4s batteries and boy is it fast!!
My E-Revo has a Rc Solutions Roll Cage, Rpm arms, proline tech 5 wheels with road rage tires and a stock traxxas prographix body. So this leads to my first question, is there any other body options so I don't have to cut the back of a body out? I have a proline topkick body and a stock emaxx 3905 body, I had to cut the beds out in order to fit. I was looking at another slipstream, but I already have one. I was also looking at the VW Bug,Desert Militia body, and the Rat Rod body. So any input of anyone that have those body's with the Roll cage would be great. Now my second question, I'm in need of a snow truck. It's been snowing a lot. I have the first mamba monster, so I was looking at a dusty motor shroud or a outer wear shroud. But idk if that fits with the cage on? I have a 3906 emaxx and a slash 4x4, I drive the slash in light snow and my emaxx isn't waterproof. So should I upgrade my E-Revo with a mm2? And drop my original mamba monster in my E-Maxx? I'm kinda lost right now on what I should do lol any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to take off the wing if you don't wanna cut it

Try a Bajr body if you want something different - here's a summit with a e-revo wing, but you get the idea...

You'll have to cut up the body most likely, but it might look kinda "Mad Max"

This guy claims his roll cage fits under the stock body:

Not really. The wing has nothing to do with it. If I wanted to keep the wing on it, all I would have to do is put a small notch in the back. All pick up body's rub on the cage. It rubs where the rear window and the bed meet. If I raised a pickup body on my E-Revo then the battery trays would be shown and I don't want that.

Yeah I've seen that cage before. I fit a stock body on mine right now. I also have a charger body I forgot to mention above. Even with the slipstream I had to cut up the back a little to fit. I've seen your summit before, definitely different from the rest. I was thinking about getting that body but I don't know still...

No, that wasn't me. I love my rc solutions cage. Haven't put it to its full test though. But as of now it's great. I felt that if I'm going to put a cage on it, might as well put the best available on it.

To answer the OP 2nd question. I have the RC Solutions roll cage and outerwearz. For the shroud to fit I had to go without the middle brace that goes in around the servo area. So far I've not had any issues jumping off 6 feet snow piles and landing upside down onto concrete on 4s. I also have the mamba monster that's not waterproof and so far the shroud has kept it safe for 2yrs now bashing in the snow.

Sorry for the late response, but have you tried putting the shroud on with the middle brace? I swear I thought I saw somebody with the roll cage and a shroud on and left the middle brace in.
