Sorry for my english, its new to me, but since we couldnt find solution , i decided to post here.
we had Latrax purchased in mid December, and day after 1motor stopped to work.
we sent to service, but local distributor in belgium claims that traxxas dont deliver parts.
is it normal? we heard good things about traxxas, but its 1 m and 3 weeks and we have no quad for my kid.

Traxxas has the best customer support in the industry. Try calling them directly. I am sure they will resolve your issues. Another option is to purchase additional motors yourself and install them. It's very easy to replace the motors.
