    A couple mods...

Hello fellow Teton owners. As you know this thing is awesome...Sooooo, I was doing "awesome" stuff with it and this happened..

So that's when I found out the rc18t rear shocks fit perfect...

After that I added foams to the wheels...

I also custom cut down a Traxxas heat sink to cool things some....

    Thanks for looking....

Funny I was looking at the shocks off the 18t myself, thinking they would fit. Good to know. Also I ordered a heat sink for the stock motor, suppose to fit the 37O motor. Should be here in a couple days, we'll see.
My previous sig conflicted with a forum policy.

Nice! Am I the only one that finds it odd that quite a bunch of RC18T parts fit the Rally/Teton? Also, do you have part numbers for the shocks and foam? Thanks!
Is owning 27 RC's too many? No way!

I took the shocks off of my 18t that I no longer needed, but I will be ordering new sets today part number asc21217. These are the rears. The fronts are too short. As for the foams, It looks like they don't sell them separate, I was lucky and had an extra set of wheels that I took them from. 1/10 on road sedan foams may work. I'll check when I go to work at the hobby store today...the turnbuckles also may work off of the 18t, I'll check on that as well...

No....I wanted to try the foams first....they seem to give the tires more grip, and also soften landings off of jumps...with foams in and tires unglued they work pretty good.. I'm unsure if I want to glue them or not...

Just so I understand correctly. I need the rc18t rear shocks for both the front and back?

Yes, you need the rears. They are the same length as the Teton shocks. Also, you need the ball studs as well. I happened to have some from my rc18t that I no longer used.
