hey, is the any way to get more powerful motors in this quad that are the same size
physically?

thinking of making my own camera mount. i`m sure it will cut flight time some if
the motors weigh more but... i still would like to try.

Doesn't seem likely. People have performance tested the Alias motor along with several potential replacements, and the Traxxas motor is one of the most powerful.

people have been using the micro motors CL-0802-15 quicker response and faster flight with less run time.

Premature. Wattmeter results make them almost equal. Testers have said better performance, but that's subjective compared to bench testing. And one had an early failure so the supplier is looking to do some reliability mods before he puts them into Alias plug and play mode. Still, something to watch.
