Yea that was my first one I have the c-10 that black and red one. It takes a beating. Gravel, pavement, hard landings and I think there's a small crack bottom rear corner.

    P4de build

Only issue with the grave digger is I shaved off a set of back mounts from skidding on the top on pavement, over time it sanded it down to the point a body clip wouldn't even be possible putting on without replacing the mount.

You can always reinforce bodies as well with shoo goo and drywall tape. I usually do it around weaker spots on the body.

Considering I give my 10 year old the remote and he thrashes a PL or TRX body in less than 1 pack. There's not 1 crack on his digger body, with about 30 packs through it atleast. It's his p2de. Now mine since he's got no interest in coming out using his truck.

I have no clue. Thing is it's the middle one not the outer one. I hit the ramp little sideways (trying to avoid collision with sons p4de). Landed wrong cartwheeled 6+ times landed on all 4 wheels tried to move and nothing.

If you can wiggle the black plastic were all the wires go in you might be able to solder it back.

Yea I managed to removed the cover off it wasn't fun. And went to my shop and got my solder iron and ima attempt to put it back together. It's not gonna be easy with how big wire is and trying to heat old solder. Wish me luck hahaha

Well I got a new body again. As the raptor didn't last long to my abuse lol. Which I had a feeling since it was very flimsy. So I went and and got another body this time made by proline the hummer. Now I don't know if I want to use Velcro or body post again. Who has done Velcro and does it work very well

Yea. I think proline bodies are tough anyway. That black and red one is proline and all it has is a small crack in the back corner. So that's all I'll get from now on. I'm trying not to punch holes in it that's why I'm wondering about Velcro. If it's not really that good then I guess I'll punch holes lol

I have the hummer body on the p4de it's pretty strong. Actually just ordered another one last week.

It's a little beatup at the mounting spots but I've had it quite a while and never reinforced it, I'll reinforce the newer one.

I use the velcro method (no body pins) on my lowered stock body. Works very well.

Well finally got new body painted. And doing the shoo goo method. Question do you apply one coat of shoo goo then one layer of drywall tape then another shoo goo layer and done. Or is there more layers of drywall tape. I want this one strong and last longer. So when I keep attempting more of these

It doesn't break like my raptor did
I told my some I want to break something lol and brought out the other ramp placed
It on top of the other and tried to do as many flips as I could. Well I didn't manage to break anything serious. Only think was rod end on the shock shaft two tires broke the gorilla tape as seen in either vid above or one below also somehow my motor was stuck in forward.

Yea I was wondering why I read people do shoogoo then tape then goo again. When the tape has adhesive on it. But I'm gonna double layer it don't know if it'll help more or not

Why not, the more the merrier. I can feel a huge difference though and that's just with one layer of shoe goo. Makes that area very rigid.

Well I did a number on both my sons p4de also my p4de first on is broke diff housing on mine

Second I broke my sons chassis oops

    .
I guess I have some shopping to do. Also looking at getting the D8 shocks. All I can find are the rears online. Well the fronts are there but comes from the UK. Really don't want to wait that long for them to show up. So I don't know if it'll be worth buying all rear shocks and getting a rear mount for the front. Or I might find parts and piece the fronts together. Any suggestions in the matter lol

I've thought about those too. But I've read somewhere that shaft has some free play inside the body

Yep I'm gonna kick myself in the butt. For not picking those up. I ended up getting the d8 ones. Maybe next month I'll get the ten-t ones. I've already been through what 4 different shocks now. Stock, ultras, proline power strokes, and gtrs. Going on shock set number 5. Not that I dislike any of these shocks I like to get a feel for different shock. Each shock performs differently.
