Yea I was thinking there or 30. But I'm glad I didn't just throw them on. Looks like they just put oil in and tighten cap. Cause there's ALOT of bubbles

I will as soon as I get some bushings that fits the shock hole and small washers. I guess all hardware didn't come with these shocks. Forgot to get them oh well.

Going to attempt to remove my trenchers off my revolvers. Mainly because the tape busted (gorilla tape) on three wheels two worse then the other one. So how long do I leave them in boiling water. Or other methods

i usually put them in the oven for 30min at 350. the tape will melt to the tire and the foam though. kind of a pain to remove it.

Yea boiling them doesn't seem to help the tape peel off the tire either well most it did bit left the sticky stuff on.

I also gorilla taped my trenchers. I think it is hardly possible to get the tape off again if you applied the baking or boiling method to remove the tires from the rims. The heat kind of melts the tape into the rubber and creates a strong bond.

    At least this my experience.

Probably with the acetone method you could have had better success.

    Lol that's funny.

Well I need to remove the chrome off my wheels. Either I left them in the water too long or they don't like hot water period. Looks like I burnt them hahaha.

Yea I was trying to look for those. Vikings posted a vid of them new 2.8. I tried to look on their site with the part number they gave at end of vid. And nothing shows up. There is a 2.2 size but they don't look as wide. And have a different part number. Are the new 2.8 rocx out yet

Here's something I found. I would like to see how these tires are

Did you make something for the shock towers for the Velcro mod or did you just removed the body post and put a small round Velcro there

Finally test my D8 shocks. AMAZING I should say. Grey springs front orange in rear 30/20 oil. Had to set preload screw on rear 1/4 way down. When it was half or better from shipping it was stiff causing rollover now it's good. Did some flips and jumps and it barely slapped the ground. I finally ordered thine front bumper and rear wheelie bumper.

    Got some more goodies yesturday

Tire on left is already mounted on rim

Here's a comparison to the trenchers. They don't grip as good. They are a in between the stock tires and trenchers which is fine with me. It doesn't wheelie at take off but does in mid speed if I give it enough throttle. Taping them isn't going to happen they have grooves on the inside.

I seriously need my tbone bumpers. They should be here Monday or Tuesday.

Well I finally ran a full 3s pack in today 128 on motor and 132 on esc. Fan on esc stopped working so I'm sure temps would've been lower then that. I was geared 19/50. Had to tighten the slipper just a little as it was whining after that I was doing wheelies at take off. After fighting the bead locks yesturday with tires coming out I finally put the shims in and put small amount of glue in 4 spots on back side and they are holding up. Haven't stripped a screw for the beads yet. So I'm happy bout that. I did manage to break front diff housing think I need to set my brake more on esc couldn't stop lol.

Yea that's a lot of broken bumpers you got there. I do like the look of my truck now. It's more pede look lol not having that long front and rear bumper. Whole different truck now.

Now I need to find something for my bodies so they last longer then a few bash sessions. I said it before and now I'm really starting to think I should make my own bodies out of thicker material
