Sorry,I was talking E/T-Maxx shocks, which in length are between the stock front and rear Telluride shocks. If you do get bedliner, you can apply it to the inside without an issue, but you need an adhesion promoter after scuffing the lexan where you are going to apply it.

It works better without it too,the thing just drags on obsticals and generally gets in the way.

Wow holy thread back from the dead batman. I thought i was the only one left running a telly. they are great fun and dang near indestructible. P.S. the rc4wd baja claw sc tires are way soft and taller than stock. almost as good as my crawler tires (being cheap dont hurt either).

I hadn't run the truck since 2016, so this was the first real bash session it's had in that time, Dave was impressed by how well the truck worked on the obstacles compared to his box stock Ridgecrest, even though mine has the same mods seen above plus 4-Tec 2.0 shock caps. I may have to check out those Baja Claw SCs, those are about 1/4" taller than the Trenchers I'm running now, any idea if they'll fit the Proline SCT Beadlocks?

thats what i run and they fit perfectly. they are very sticky so they can kinda hang up a bit. the extra height and soft foam/sidewall make a huge difference. I also ditched the suv body for a low pro rustler body (mainly cause i couldnt find anything else in my lhs that fit) and it lowered the cg a bunch. i think they are like 10 bucks a pair.

Heads Up on future Telluride content, Patman

Dave and I are going to meet up in a different spot to do some crawling this Friday (weather permitting, which has been tough to come by the last 4 weeks), going to have the Telluride, SCX10, and maybe even my Ascender......which I built in '15 and have yet to wheel

That was taken the last time it was run. Where that was taken has been pretty packed last several times I drove by there and since I have an elderly Father at home, I’m not crazy about rushing into those areas to play with my trail trucks.

Good update! I need to make an update on the used RTR I bought back in Dec 2018, but not until I mount the TBR red bumpers on it.

Thanks, even with the “Code Brown” moments at times, at least that didn’t end up like my Comp Crawler, broke a disco’d rod end that I isn’t even in this hemisphere when I checked eBay! Good thing the Night Crawler links fit and are readily available.
