How long for TowerHobbies to Portland, Oregon?

I hope this is the right forum. I would like to order from TowerHobbies tonight, but I've read a lot of bad reviews on their shipping times. I need the Slash to arrive in Portland by the 28th of August at the absolute latest. All the reviews tend to be older so I don't know if they have improved their ship out times. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Edit: I'm looking at the cheap free shipping method.

I usually get my stuff about 3 days after my order is placed.
This will TOTALLY work, saw a guy on YouTube do it

Keep in mind, Tower will have your order together quick, the rest
is up to UPS-Fedex-USPS as to how quick you receive it. Especially
when you live in the far north west corner of the country.

Tower has always good fast shipping for me. However, the last three orders I have gotten have taken a week to a week and a half. I live in GA as a reference. Not sure what the issue has been but just a heads up.

And that's as recently as last week and this week.
