Installing roto-start on TRX 3.3 engine

    Hello again,

So I'm removing my ez-start in exchange for a roto start in my slayer-pro. One issue I'm having is how in the edit do I remove the OWB from the ez-start gear assembly it's mounted in within the ez-start gear box? I have the ez-start box apart and I've isolated the gear assembly the OWB is mounted in but I cannot figure out how to remove the OWB itself from it so I can then mount it back onto my starter shaft to then mount the roto start back onto the engine. Can anyone help me?

    Thanks.

nevermind, it was so blindingly obvious, i missed it. i just slid the whole piece back onto the starter shaft, twisted CW to lock it on, then pulled the gear wheel off the bearing. then i took the bearing off the shaft and i was all set. haha, the simplest things are sometimes the most annoyingly tricky. thanks anyway.

What roto start backplate did you use? I had a thread a while back where I put a Redcat .21 rotostart backplate with a Traxxas hex one way bearing.
