Could be that the bearing on one side are more worn than the other side.

When driving in a straight line, how does it track, does it pull to one side or the other?

Maybe there went something wrong with reassembling the diff. On the other hand it can also be a wheel nut that is too tight.

One wheel is probably out of balance. That'll make it balloon and shake more.

It may be water that is throwing your wheel out of balance. Here is a video on how to get water out of your wheels: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=10Ypor4_FBA . I once had a similar problem, but this fixed it.

    Good wheel balance video:
How to balance you RC wheels: http://youtu.be/RvJS13KsHtc

I just use one of the front wheels on my slash 2wd. Then I use loctite mounting putty from Walmart.
