Cheers chaps, I loved doing it and there are things I would do different next time, like paint the window trim black. Does any one now of any other companys who make good shells for the merv other than Pro-Line? Can you make other bodys fit if they're roughly the right size and wheelbase?

I like it a lot, though I am not too sure on the spoiler. I think I'd ditch it.

Also search Team Bluegroove on eBay. They have bodies for the 1/16 scale Traxxas chassis:

Cheers Squeegie the team bluegroove shells look good! They only seem to do shells for the rally, do you think they'd work on the merv? I figure it's the same chassis just different a arms and stuff?!

Tjeerdkramer, I wasn't too sure about the rear wing at first but I like it now, especially since I did this today,

Get yourself some carbon effect vinyl off ebay (I used 4d), a bit of patience, a hairdryer or hotgun (on low) and a very sharp knife. Simples
