    Nizzle Slayer Project Underway

Here's a teaser/intro of my Slayer project. I got 90% of the parts that I need to complete the build so I'm gonna get started modding my rig. I'm gonna break it down into a 3 video series so stay tuned for my epic build!

Nizz..... Nice stuff bro...but how you going to make that bad boy handle?...I read a lot about people not digg'n how the slayer handles without sway bars, and I don't see how you would attach the rear traxxas sway bars to those rockers. Is there some other option for sway bars?I have only used the traxxas ones.I do know I didn't like mine much without them,And all the trigger time I have on a slayer is one break in tank...lol..I have the bars on now but it's been too cold to run anymore,I'm really curious as to how much difference the handleing will be.The 1/8 foams for sure will help on the street with them.I will probably look for a revo project to use that mid block mount I picked up.going to be watching your build bro....

    Cool

Thank you JerrysMaxx! I love my Slayer so much hahaha time to give her some TLC...I wish I could just skip to the picco portion of my build. However I must be patient.

Sorry for the inactivity on my Slayer project for the last 2-3 weeks. Thank you all for your patience, had some personal things to attend to--now the project continues. Here is the Picco mounted with pullstart! Truck feels much lighter without the EZstart assembly (sorry no scale to confirm how much exactly however I shall be getting one soon). Pretty straightforward install. I did have to grind the bottom portion of the cooling head on the chassis side to make room for the rear Tekno sways. The Traxxas 3.3 clutch, one way bearing, and 3.3 pull-start all fit like a glove on the Picco P-Max .21. The mill also comes with an included mount to make the install that much more easier.I haven't installed the THS pipe yet, as I will be breaking in the Picco with the stock pipe and be monitoring how she performs with the stocker first. Standby for some running vids as soon as I have her all breaked-in, tuned, and ready to go!

I'm not a fan of Picco but I am a fan of your build. I have two Picco's sitting on my shelf, one used and one new (.26 outlaw, started once never ran on a chassis)

Here's a first run after 10 tanks of break in. While I was leaning out the HSN, the glowplug fouled out. Once I get a new one stay tuned for more fine tuning and bashing vids!
