    What bodies would work if....

I'm thinking about putting a slash chassis on my p4de.... I want to keep the tires and ride height... But what bodies would work and not look silly with the amount of trimming required? I know I've seen others do it but can't seem to find it again. Pictures would be awesome along with fitment advise. Thanks in advance.

any slash 4x4 body.... the slash 4x4 and the stampede 4x4 are the same width, just the slash being a few inches longer, don't forget the center driveshaft

If you want to keep the Stampede look, but need a body that fits the longer Slash 4x4 chassis, then Emaxx is the way you want to go.

Just did this. Emaxx body needs some trimming . It looks awesome though. Don't forget you need the longer driveshaft too. I just took the regular body mount and turned it backwards (or it might have been the one from the slash). You'll need the Slash bumper too because the Pede one is too short for the longer body.

Thanks guys! The emaxx body is exactly what I was looking for. I have a slash and some extra parts so the conversion is no big deal. I like the stampede look so this would be much better than trimming a slash body up.

Proline makes bodies specific to slash monster trucks.

Ha! I wish I could paint half as good as that. I bought that body a while back from ebay for a Emaxx project. Forget his name, it's in my Sl4sh MT build thread some where.

New paint. This pic is with the stock Pede offset.

    0 offset, MT3 split.

    comparison of both wheel offsets.

Pede front and rear clips, emaxx body, Slash chassis and bumper, 1/8th motor. My build thread .
