    Old School Ford F-100

Painted this up yesterday for my Stampede. 100% Hand cut and airbrushed as usual. Wood grain bed too. Now just to get it drilled and mounted up. Thanks for looking!

I have that on my truck now. Mine does...not...look...like...that. Do people really use these type of painted bodies? I guess it might force you to learn to drive though! Amazing paint job none the less.

Very nice indeed. I usually start slow and gingerly with my fresh painted bodies. Inevitable they geta scrape or two and then it's full on bashing!

How many hours do you think you have in it? What liquid mask did you use?

Thanks everyone! I have probably 4-5 hours in that body from start to finish.I use Parma Fasmask.

Well done! Lots of intense knife work around that grille. You use parma paints too?

I must say awesome job especially that wood grain bed. What I would do is mount it, take pics, show it off I don't think I would put holes in it. Then put it on the shelf lol then paint one for bashing

I don't have much to add, but since this is probably the most awesome paint job I've ever seen on my favorite body, I have to say something. It's stunning!! Would love to see it mounted like everyone else

    Thanks for sharing!

Please do! I'd like to see them! I really enjoy the painting part. In fact the paint was what got me into the RC world world!

    Here's a body I did a little while ago.

Yea you can also tell they are a little different with paint scheme. I noticed a few. One your blue combines above the front fender his is white. Also the front windshield his has hemistorm only with black tint. I can't read yours but it doesn't look like his also the black isn't as low as his on the windshield. You have a number on the door his has FG. Either way both painted bodies are really nice. A lot of time and patience. You have some nice lookin bodies there. That bmw one who makes it?
