They will not work Associated use pin wheels not hex.

Thanks for the response! I see I missed that piece of info in the product questions below.

Another potential option? I may have to just pick a set...order them and see if they work.

This option is probably not a good option unless we can come up with a special wheel package. I completely forgot that the Teton has SCT style wheels.

I chatted with someone at A-main hobbies today and they shared some detail on this setup. The Mini 8ight hex is also 12mm. The rolling diameter of the tire is about 71 mm, the Teton is about 68 mm. Mini 8ight front tire width is 25 (no word on the rear).

Here's my thought...perhaps we can run 4 rear tires on the Teton and 4 front tires on the SST (Prerunner). I don't have any information on back spacing at this time.

I'm very happy with my Louise/Duratrax 2.2" rims:

You'll need the ones with the 1/2 offset. In addition I'm riding on 6mm wheel hex extensions.
On the Landrover Teton you see the Louise 2.2" Pioneer, on the grey one there are Louise 2.2" Spider

Would you share the part numbers for your wheels extensions please?

    Losi Mini 8 Front Tires

I picked up some Losi Mini 8ight front tires from A-main hobbies. They're a little taller overall and about as wide as the SST tires. I may buy some Rears and see if those will work on all four corners of the Teton and keep four "fronts" on the SST.

I'm doing this to get better traction and trying to prevent my SST and Teton from spinning out on the local turf track. On the stock tires the cars are extremely twitchy and unstable during braking or off throttle. The back always wants to become the front with even the tiniest hint of steering.

Here are two more potential options for our cars. I'm fighting a barrel roll tendency with the Losi Mini pins. I'm slowly removing more and more of the outside pins from the tires. I removed one row last week and it was improved, but still an issue. I'll be doing more testing. However, there's a new potential solution from Team Associated with the 14T and 14B.

These have a much short pin and much fewer pins. Perhaps they'll be a decent solution. Also interesting to note that they are 12mm hex drive wheels.
