    New motor in the works

So last Sunday I was at the track racing my 4tec and long story short the motor crapped out. I ended up getting a picco s1 .12. I have the stuff most if the stuff I need to run it on order but have a few questions. First - will the stock 3.3 flywheel fit or should I get a different one?
Second- should I just run the stock gearing?
And finaly third- the owners manual said alk that us needed for running the motor in is 15-20 minutes of driving. By running in do they mean break in? And if so should I just go easy but go through a fair amount of the rev range short of snaping the throttle hard or going WOT?

This is my first GOOD motor and dont want to mess it up

Yes and yes I would use the 3.3 flywheel and run stock gearing for now until after its broken in and it has full power. Then you can decide from there if it needs a gearing change. As for break-in, I would definitely not rush it. I have heard of some Picco engines taking a gallon or more before they are fully broken in.
