    FLM warranty

What about the warranty on FLM stuff?
Has never managed to run down anything Before but now it has happened.
What do you think about this?

Contact FLM they offer lifetime warranty. Where did you get those? There are some knock offs on eBay.

Yup FLM will warrant them, you will probably have to pay for shipping.

Sorry, to see your misfortune. Hopefully, you can get everything squared away again without to much trouble. I did want to tell you that it looks as though you're using a spongy type of material as a filter for your ESC fan. You might want to use a material that allows for a better CFM of your fan, and less load on your BEC. I personally have been very happy with a piece of plastic window screen, but others have used nylon stocking material too.

There is an air filter from a T-Maxx, think it works well.
Switches after every bash. Took the card when I came home today.

Looking at the cross-section, it appears that there is an unnecessary relief milled out that only weakens the support. Definitely pursue it with FLM - perhaps they may even change the design. You could also see if you can find someone to weld it...

I sent an email to FLM, and asked about the guarantee.
Will tell you what they have to say about this when I get answers.

That's one advantage to using mostly OEM parts. On occasion if you break something, you just go down the road (if you live close to a dealer as I do), and get a new part for a couple of bucks. Then you shove it in, and you can be back in the saddle in know time. The only OEM parts that aren't fast to get like that are the electronic components, but that can be beat by having spares if a person ever has to wait for a core turn around.

for the cost of thier stuff. I would definately pursue getting it replaced by them. I'd be mad. of course, I am not sure what you did to break it.. jump off a house.. lol?

Now I get new stuff, but it was just for goodwill.
They wrote "OK, normally this doesn't fall under warranty as your broke the parts from bashing"
So if you Bash with your FLM stuff, no warranty, do you have luck so you get it on goodwill.

yeah but they tout their stuff as being super strong aluminum, ect. That breakage should not have happened.... unless you were jumping off a house or otherwise completely abusing the truck. Mine has had some pretty big rough and tumble crashes with nothing more than some scuffs and scrapes to the aluminum towers. I used to break the stock and rpm shock towers and bulks left and right but so far, I havent had that issue since going to the FLM bulks and towers.
