How accurate is the software with the battery information? I have a Slash and from what I could tell it it did not go below 3 bars even though it seemed like the truck had lost a fair amount of power with a NiMH battery.

Go by the actual gauge in the right lower corner. Amount of "bars" doesn't really tell you anything.

I think the bars are for the tx batteries. Like Matt said your actual car battery is lower right corner. It says Voltage

I'll have to look again when I hook it back up, not sure what gauge you are referring too.

Be sure your settings are for the correct battery type as well.

Those bars are for the transmitter/radio, not the car battery.

Pretty sure there are two sets, one side is for the radio and the other for the car? Maybe I was looking at it incorrectly?
