I was thinking of just super glue the servo saver to prevent it from giving me unwanted steering. It does drive me nuts that i can activate the save while trying to turn the wheel off the ground.

    LOL
I've done the same thing with my stock servo saver using CA glue to hold it together

New guy here, had a question about this and did not want to start a new thread. I was wondering if anyone has ditched the servo saver altogether, and what would work as a horn? I've found the saver causes some slop in the steering, last thing you want with this beast!

    Cheers,
    Shawn

just my opinion .....the servo are so small that I don't want to go without one ,,,, if I wanted to go with something different than stock ... I would try to find an upgrade servo saver for 1/16 erevo and that might help ,,, I just don't see why they put a 1/16 size servo on a 1/8 scale funny car.

I don't own a funny car but I would think a shorter servo arm would slow down the steering response which would make high speed straight line driving easier (not twitchy)

So any servo saver upgrade or delete for these cars? Been searching around and this is the only thread I have found so far.
