It did it, but the pinion stripped just before I got back to shore. I took out the alignment pins and tried to get the 18/46 spacing as tight as I could get it, but it was still too loose. The fan housing on the motor was hitting the upper brace on the chassis before the mesh was tight enough. I'm going to need to play around with it some more to get it right. Still, pretty stoked with the run!

I've been flying RC airplanes, helicopters for years and never had any desire to own an RC car or truck. However, I recently thought I would give it a try and purchased the X-Maxx. The below video is only my third run on the X-Maxx. The facility is an indoor baseball training field in which myself and other fellow RC'ers get together every Saturday night in the winter to fly, race drones and run cars and trucks. Nothing special, but I did manage a few flips, rolls, etc. I'm having a blast with the X-Maxx!

Took some video when my friend was out bashing his Traxxas xMAXX a couple a weeks afgo. As you can see in the video the snow was very heavy so the XMAXX must have gained a few pounds in weight after this session.
