    Hello.
Can you help me? I have X Maxx. I want to set Traxxas Link on my phone. I want to see the readings on the tachometer. How can I do it? What are the telemetry sensors I need? (What additional equipment do I need?) I already have a Traxxas Link Wireless Module (TRA6511).

Sorry for my English. I use online translator.

Unfortunately tachometer readings cant be achieved just yet on the x-maxx. but if you have the wireless module you can read temp and voltage on your phone. For voltage you need the voltage tap from traxxas and put it on the positive side of the motor

I agree with pats4life if you want to read mph you need the expander module and the gps module that plugs into the expander.

Have you always had your pinion installed that way?its probably the reason y your cover don't fit,as for the sound might your slipper too tight.

I think your noise is a bearing under the "transmission" cover the shaft with the slipper unit on it. There are two bearings one on the front and one on the back. I would replace those and see if it's better. Bash on!

I have no idea which horn. I was thinking the Hot Racing even though it's blue. I hope if will fit as I believe they are both 25t. IDK it was just a spur of the moment buy without any research. Just what you guys posted. I figure if it don't work I can put it in my other trucks. I'm sick so maybe a couple days from now I'll take it apart and see how it goes. I think I'll try 8.4v using an external BEC.

Busted the right rear a arm, shock shaft, driveshaft, and hub carrier on my X-Maxx on a bad landing on the 4th of July... Gotta love having a good time!

Got all the new parts; just waiting on the new TiNi shock shafts to come into match the front shafts.

Was bashing the Xmaxx after tuning my slipper clutch, doing back flips and big jumps. Ended up breaking LR shock shaft and the inner hub bearing on the axle exploded. You'll see in the pic all the pieces left of the bearing on the table. The balls wer launched on landing. Haha. Replaced the shock shaft (tra7763) and replaced the bearings on the hub as well. Went through and re filled all shocks with 60wt oil. Stock oil came out like water... Not good. And I realized I bought way more fluid than needed for the shocks. (2) 2ml bottles will do all 4 shocks.
