Like them a lot. Fun at full throttle trying to lay a strip of rubber on the concrete. These can be balanced
as close to zero expansion.
I’ve added so much alloy weight and with the Integy sway bars you have to really try for wheelies, stays planted and steers great. Using 50/19 right now.

Going three quarter throttle on dirt road, lost control crashed roof first into a large tree, five foot off the ground; hit end of guard rail with roof of truck causing a loud bang and guard rail to vibrate. Both hits no damage to xmaxx and both times direct hits on RPM roof skid protectors. Truck is tough and so is RPM. Also, slammed into a chain link fence, T-Bone front bumper did its job. Xmaxx is one tough truck!

Jumped my stock one up a hill landed and blew seals off rear inner bearings now i'm waiting on parts to run again
Stock carriers/bearings or the upgraded RPM or ProLine ones? If stock, replace them with the RPM or ProLine ones. Those anemic stock inner bearings just don't hold up very well.
If you go with RPM, don't forget to grease the bearings in the kit before you run them as they only ship with a little anti-corrosion oil in them.

decided to clean and re-lube my axle carrier bearings since i had some spare time.
All Xmaxx’s motor bearing maintenance achieved > dirty
Down an bound to test ‘em again
Most important bearing to keep
clean and lubed-is the motor bearing by the pinion
Most expensive to replace damage from a failed bearing
Bearing freezes up, then melts the plastic bearing carrier
wfo aluminum end cap $45+
When was the last time you had your motor apart

changed the diff bearings. 1 out the 4 actually moved, the rest were frozen. soaking the old ones in wd40 to clean them up and see if they are still good. so the truck should move a lot better now.

My second outing with the truck today. Discovered it just don't care if the grass is long!
There was some serious cleaning up to do once home though!
So the UK is in lockdown again at the minute, but we are allowed out to exercise. So, I took my truck for a walk to get some exercise. There's a great spot 5 minutes drive away, in the middle of nowhere. It was a bit muddy though after all the rain & the diggers working there. (Hope I'm not going to lose this place, it's so good for RC cars!) Found a few mounds of chippings where they have been clearing trees.
Truck needed a bath when I got home.
Sorry for the bad action shots, I can't shot & drive! How people get video while driving is beyond me.

Hey everyone im new to the forum, and New to Xmaxx for about 3 months now and ive been tinkering, modding, fabbing, and of course BaASHInG! Some things i did today was install stainless screws/painted krylon fusion red proloc rings, and did some tire lettering on the proline trenchers with silver sharpee.

Installed some Amazon Special C-hubs/steering knuckles(4pieces for 1/4 the price of the name brands so i went for it). Everything fit, bearings fit perfectly, no issues while turning, only issues were a 1mm up/down play on the C-hub to steering knuckle pins (could be resolved with a shim), also if you look at the bottom of C-hub its alot different than the stock ones, probably suppose to only work with this brands aluminum arms.

Installed some new beefy goodies !
- Gpm Hardened stub axle hubs/with thicker axles.
- Area Rc rear Diff housing
- New diff Bearings.
- Outdrive Cup red silicone boot zip tied for now.
- shimmed rpm rear hub carrier bearings with aluminum foil tape as i noticed some play on housings when i checked the tire movement on the hub.
- more rpm hinge pins with nylon washers as the pack came with all the same length.
(The rear of the truck is super smooth, and all the sloppiness is gone)
