Traxxas Customer Support is amazing. (+some pictures)

So today I was doing this...

And then proceeded to slide at full speed into that concrete barrier after messing around with some settings.

I broke a few parts but I called Traxxas about it and they are sending me all the parts! I cant believe how quick and responsive they are to us as customers. He literally sent me an email and within 15 minutes confirmed they were heading out.

Shout out to Jeff Toulouse! He's the man.

Shock cap, bearing carrier, and it seems the sharp plastic of the bearing carrier cut a slice on the inside of the tire

It is also about 15*F over here... so I don't really blame it for breaking. It was my own fault.

You may want to enter the photography career field because those are some great shots! Looks like some fun man.

Thanks guys! The pictures were taken by my sister.

I did manage to get it back on four wheels again with some CA glue and steel putty stuff.

Time to go run some more!
