Cool First time jumping the Xmaxx and castle 2028 fan results for me

Just wanted to tell you my experience for the first time jumping the xmaxx today. Truck jumps great I was only jumping off about a 2ft jump but I was deff getting some decent air and distance if I nailed the jump right considering the jump I was using was just wide enough the grab with the xmaxx. Truck took a lot of nasty hits on landing all day ran 3 packs through it 3s SPC 7200mah 70c was getting average 30mins only thing I broke was front bumper mount. As for the 2028 castle fan for the motor. First run I did without the fan motor at end of run was about 200degrees its about 44degrees outside. Second and third run with the fan I was about 130 to 135 esc was around 100 and batteries were below 100. Was very happy with how it performed just wanted to share when I able to post pictures I will throw a few up in this thread.

Anytime Wolf...your idea for the motor fan worked great really helped big time with the temp and I talked to someone at traxxas they told me the motor actually running at 190 to 200 is fine and the motor is programmed to shut down once it reaches 245degrees

Thanks.. I've been away for about 25 years. Getting back into it with my kids and am completely addicted. I am enjoying the X-maxx for sure! And so far, no problems! I appreciate the info!
