THANK YOU for posting this. I was beginning to think I might be a little off in my acquiring of R/C rigs.

I thought I might be getting too diverse but that's great to see your drones in there. I have a 3 professional myself....and 2 Summits and an X. Really small compared to yours & most likely others.

Think I'm done. I've been wanting an E-Maxx to complete my collection but won an auction for a new X0-1 last night for $414.

Guess that means I can still get the E, lol.

Wow, may I ask, how much nicer is the Inspire vs. the Phantom 3 Pro?

    What's hovering?

Any interest in aerobatic/3D planes? They offer challenges that will keep you intrigued for some time.

dlhoiseth, sorry for posting as much in your thread as you. May I ask what you like about the X0-1? I have a bunch of buddies who are speed freaks (not the cross tops either, lol) and the 1st thing they ask about my R/C's is how fast will they go?
So yesterday I put a high enough bid on a "practically new" X0-1 that I was comfortable with after checking previous X0-1 auctions. I sure didn't expect to win. Checking the prices they resell for, I'm comfortable spending half that on something I should be able to resell someday if I have to.
Across the street neighbor is a driving instructor @ PIR Portland International Raceway. The Indy car series used to stop in Portland. He's gonna check on when I might be able to play on the track.

Lammy, is there a website to explain & show what those planes are all about?

What worries me with anything that's in the air, is losing the connection. I'm not able to jump narrow creeks, hop even a 2' fence so bringing someone along is an unfortunate requirement for me.'

My wife inhibits my collection. I have a DJI P3S and a Chroma Drone CGO2+ .. Really been into RC Quads and Drones over the past few years. I bought a Slash 4x4 a few months back and have had a blast with it so I bought the X-Maxx a couple weeks ago. I haven't decided on my next RC purchase yet, but I'm having fun with RC trucks at the moment. Trying to get my buddies into to it so I'm not the only one blowing cash on grown up toys.

Mr. HenryD, I think that's my biggest/only complaint. Trying to get my friends to get involved. I mean, I can't figure out why none of them got into them before me? Can't help but wonder if my level for having fun has been lowered, really, how come I'm the only one I know of.

Maybe they've never experienced the thrill & joy of the R/C world. That'll be my New Years Resolution, get more of my buddies involved so I'm not on here so much, lol.

I think it's because a lot of guys would rather stare at a tv screen all day watching football instead of going outside having fun landing 20 ft jumps.

Ok, I'm in. Here's my collection, minus my Slash 2wd, and my Slayer, they were getting fixed when I took these photos.

I love my X-Maxx. It's the perfect trophy beast to top off my collection.

So much better now that I've seen others who too are suffering from R/Citis.*
