Aluminum shock bodies in stock @ Traxxas

I just got the email that the aluminum shock bodies are in. It looks as though the X Maxx parts directory is filling up.

Of course I had to order a set before telling everyone, lol.

I already got the Dhawk tops, just ordered the bottoms few days ago.

Zip ties will have to do until someone designs something that keeps the shocks from topping out?

I got luck and won a bid on ebay last week for a full set of 4 for cheap!

Also bought some shock oil, going to rebuild them and have them for spares and to try different wt.

I'm doing this RC Truck thing backwards! Ordered parts for the X-MAXX which I still have only on pre-order!! Haha.

The entire shock is for sale in pairs for $65.99 vs. same pair with Traxxas for $75.

Traxxas Shock Shafts GTX 110mm X-Maxx (2) for $14.79. This is where I spent too much, oh well.
