Trying to determine what model this car is.

    Hello all!

First time poster here. I apologize if this is in the wrong forum.

I bought this a couple of days ago for $150. Needs a little work but I'm okay with that. I like to tinker. :-)

My problem is that I can not find any model # on it. It appears that it could possibly be a Rustler, but is there a way to confirm that? I don't want to start ordering parts for it until I can confirm the model. I googled the serial # and got nothing.

I can supply different photos if needed.

    Thanks all!

It's definitely a rustler just an older version to the newest one because it doesn't have a 2.4 ghz radio but all the parts are the same as the newest one.

Do y'all think $150 was fair, or was I taken? Needs an axle/driveshaft for the right rear wheel and a body. Also the starter thing... From what I can tell, I'm about $250 into a $350 car...

What's the name of this part? Seems like it should be an axle or driveshaft, but I can't find it online...

If I recall very little changed structurally between the vehicles so you could download the exploded views of the Rustler from the Support button above.

Thanks Double G! I didn't see that before! As I said, I'm a bit new here. So far this seems to be a wonderful and supportive community!
