I usually change stuff out when it breaks or is wore out, so add to the list of mods. New RPM A-arms, new axles & u-joints. Went thru the transmission & replaced all the bearings. Also redid the shocks with new oil. And I lowered the body. It drives better than new!!!

Is there a good method to eliminate the need for the antenna to stick through the body without losing range? I know this probably isn't the best place to ask but I am not able to create another new thread today and I see a few photos in here where the antenna isn't sticking through...

I have a T Maxx and it has a short stubby antenna with great range... I am looking for something similar for the Robby Gordon Slash I just picked up yesterday. I hate the look of the antenna.

Awesome trucks, it's funny I was looking at buying a baja bug for my son and the touring silverado for myself, can you add some pics of the chevy/slash? Looks like an great on-road body.

I cut my tube short enough to fit inside the body, but I DID NOT cut the antenna wire itself. Instead, I stuffed the excess into the receiver box. I figured that way it was reversible if need be by simply picking up another tube.
