What are the best batteries to use on my Traxxas Slash 2wd?

Ive seen other battery options on the internet but I don't know if they are an option or not because I am new to RC. I am thinking about buying another brand of battery because some of them look significantly cheaper. I am looking for a 2s Lipo with at least 5000 mah. Also, how long will a a 2s Lipo 5000 mah last?

Go with smc or spc smc is what I run and they seem to wake up after about 4 runs. More power I get about 30 min to 40 depending what I'm doing.

Thanks! Does it go at least 35mph for 30 min with the 7.4v 5000mah 2s Lipo?

Yea. I'm a basher so I don't really care about speed but I got a little track never go over 30 or I never hold full throttle for more then 5 seconds.

Sorry for asking so many questions, but I don't really want to spend that much money on a charger for the battery. Is there anything that has a cheaper charger because the ones I see are upwards of $140. The batteries are priced really nice and low though.

Here is what I use but only charges one at a time. It's fine for me cause I only got one electric. But when you get batteries make sure you get Traxxas ends on them. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXDMYL&P=ML

Sorry yet again, but will those Lipos be good with a castle creations sidewinder. I am planning on getting the sidewinder because I don't want too much more power and it is a cheap upgrade.

SPC batteries are amazing. If you want a high quality charger you could look at the Hitec X2 AC Plus. It can charge 2 batteries at once and is 100$
You will not get 35 mph with these batteries without speed gearing.

I run 2s lipo 5000mah batteries and for run times I can get anywhere between 30-40 minutes on a battery charge.
