    Xmaxx going into failsafe???

Have a 8c Xmaxx that I am having issues with. Every now and then I loose throttle/brake and only have steering. One of 2 things fix it...lifting the truck off the ground or turning the TX off and the on again. Doesnt matter if it's a newly charged battery pair (set of 3s 5000mah and set of 3s 6400mah).

Could it be a bad servo??? I am ordering a new servo today anyway...probably a blue bird high torque.

Have replaced the batteries in the TX and made no difference.

Other than that the truck is a tank. My 2 boys beat it and it keeps on trucking.

That's normal. You are not the only one having same issue. Read other posts in the forum.

I don't see how it could be a servo if the servo is working. You should reprogram the set points.

    1. Turn transmitter on
    2. Hold down ESC on button until it blinks red
    3. Hold forward all the way down until it blinks once
    4. Hold reverse all the way down until it blinks twice
    5. It should now blink green rapidly and then go full green.

Also if you bash alot you could have loosened the ESC wire on the receiver. Open the receiver box and check the connectors.
