Flat out speed. But, you'll have almost no torque, and the motor will be crispy-critter in no time with any amount of running on it. There are a wealth of other issues that connecting 1:1 would create, even the guys the do the speed runs have some sort of reduction.

What if the motor has a fan or is cooled by water

Go find an 5th scale 400kv motor and run it on 2s in a bandit. You might get that to work.

In my speed run rally I have a 4.46:1 gear ratio.
This will TOTALLY work, saw a guy on YouTube do it

Are you looking for a 1:1 pinion/spur ratio or an overall 1:1 gear ratio at the tires? Even at the pinion/spur you need the power behind it to push it.
I've always said that you need to think of your bicycle gearing when thinking of your car/truck gearing. The pedals are connected to the clutch bell/pinion and the rear sprocket is the spur. Change gears on each ring and what happens? Tires also play a role in gearing.

If you did 1:1 gearing on a erevo with a 2000kv motor at 60k rpm, the truck would be going 909 miles per hour...
    Need more parts.

Mount each back wheel directly to a Sidewinder 8th strapped to the control arm, lol. Now all we have to do it get two ESCs to run in parallel.
