    tried a 42x55 prop

boat really woke up no heat issue ordered telemetry will give results when i install it.first time i blew over in 10 sets of batts. i knocked the hatch cover off. it popped out of the front boats ended upright and i drove it to the beach. im really impressed with the out of the box performance of this boat.

I drilled the water inlet on the standard rudder slightly larger ,,,,no more overheating issues ,you can now see the increase of water cooling coming from the outlet ,,,,I would try this first before buying expensive upgraded rudders , Affected performance? I don,t think so. Its a lot better than hanging around waiting for the ESC to cool down.

plastic props versus steel props ? I prefer to run the plastic props ,,,,on the view that yes they do break easily ,,but that protects against causing much more expensive damage further up the drive system , I learnt my lesson by shearing a motor shaft on another race boat ,that was an expensive fix.
