    Stampede 4x4 parts for Canadians

Decided to post this thread because it seems a bit tougher to get your hands on any rc parts in canada.
Be sure to check your local hobby shop too.

Please help out if you know what & where you can get parts and upgrades.

    work in progress.

i'm not entirely certain any options exist outside of the lhs, online shops, ebay, amazon or directly ordered from manufacturer. regardless of where most order in parts come from i haven't found many deals in this hobby... especially for Canadians.

Have you tried Greathobbies.com OR Hobbyhobby.com both Canadian stores and decent online selections.

they are good stores and have a ton of stock but the hangup with online stores is they kill you on shipping. great hobbies has a edmonton location and still required a $30 fee to ship to me in saskatchewan. uhhh... thanks but no thanks :/

LOL, I live in steinbach! glad to know active hobbyists around
as far as eliminator-rc, I've heard many stories of bad customer support, Benjamin moore round here has tiiiny hobby story in the back, they just end of ordering stuff for you.
also they only charge $40 more for stampede 4x4 vxl over XL-5 even tho they include lipo in the vxl!

Medic from rc sparks always talks about pm hobbycraft, no experience their tho.

Keep a watch out for bigboyswithcooltoys! they are soon opening a online store, they said within 6 months when i visited them in Toronto.

That's what sucks the most, shipping. I find I can almost get what I need off eBay and get cheaper shipping from the states but it's a gamble if customs nails ya for taxes, etc

Great hobbies only ships from their Toronto warehouse.

If you wanted anything from their Winnipeg store, I would reach out the store directly. AFAIK, they operate independently.

I know 2 stores in Quebec that ship for free over 100$.
