I just got mine the other day. It will bolt up to the motor plate. But it is going to require me to move some things due to it being 4 inches long.

For diameter, you might have to Dremmel down the two screw holes under it on the chassis just a skosh. Slip a piece of paper between the motor can and the chassis to act as a feeler gauge.

As for length, move the receiver or ECS to wherever works for you and your system.

Is there a rear motor mount that I could add to support the back end of the motor?

Not that I know of, but if you take your time with the Dremmeling, the chassis can give you the lower support you need.

This is a 40x74mm can 2150kv RC Gearshop. Drops right in if you move the receiver and remount the esc. This is a HW WP SC8 mounted with the plate it comes with. Like Squeegie mentioned, a little dremel work on the original esc mounting bosses(holes) and you're good to go! Have fun...the big can motors make tons of torque!!

I know a longer can correlated to increased torque, does a wider one have the same result? Fx, how would a 3670 or 3674 can compare to a 4068 supposing they are rated for similar amps and kv?

Great question and I have asked it before as well. I have a 3674 2700kv and always wondered how it compared to a 4068 2650kv. That 4074 has more torque than the 3674 but it's being 2150kv compared to 2700kv also makes it slower..

This is exactly what I was looking at it I found 3670's in 2650 and 2850 and a 4068 in 2650 and I'm curious as to how similar they are performance wise.
