    good buy for son-in-law?

We are looking to buy a drone in the $300 range for our son-in-law with no previous drone experience. He has a GoPro so don't need a drone with a camera. After some hours on the net I've come to the conclusion this Aton seems like a good choice for money and quality. Comments welcome.

    Hello,

I think you are correct. The Aton is an excellent choice for a new pilot, especially in that price range. There really isn't anything that can compete. It has the safety features (RTH and air brakes) that help build confidence.

Perfect choice with three different flight modes, as mentioned above the return to home and air-brakes are legit!

He will enjoy it. GoPro disabled the FPV feature in there software before coming out with there drone. But the Gopro will take awesome pictures and video. I have the session 4. Then moved onto a FPV system after I learned to fly.
