I was tightening the nut to the threads [blue] and I think I overdid it. A noticeable snap came from the spur gear, and then the shaft that holds all the parts could now spin with no trouble [red], letting me get stuck with my car half-assembled while lubricating. I was putting it back together and this happened. The small [steel?] pin is in it's right place. Do I need a new spur? Gotta get super-glue? Questions for extra details encouraged.
I posted the anatomy of the spur using Instagram you guys can look at. The link below brings you to it.

are you running a center diff?
Mine doesn't spin. I've got mine apart now, unless that pin isn't in place there's no way it can spin. Only the bearing behind the parts in red. Not sure what happened there. Any upgrades to it? Motor wise?

I was ignorant.
This forum should allow html's in the signiture.
What I think happened is that the pin (red) fell out or broke of the blue area where the pin goes through the shaft and fits snugly in the slot (blue)
