I don't think its possible considering the size difference between both the receivers and motors. Ive tried something like that before on a hellion 1/18 scale truck and all the gears stripped.

ive changed the truck to a dromida dt4.18 because of having a bigger chassie i've already fit the receiver and esc in it but im unsure ow i would mount the motor seeing that i have t make a new mount and i need a bigger pinion gear but really the only problem i the motor mount have any ideas?

Maybe cut out bottom of stock chassis to fit the Titan, but that is a big long motor so might not fit and then lots of weight on the motor mounting plate, might bend the plate. Maybe shuffle components around to fit, but I see you're trying to use dt418 chassis now, cut some aluminum to fit the mount spot, drill two screw holes to bolt motor on and one bigger hole for front of motor and shaft to fit through.

What esc and servo are you using to run that motor. Also what's the pro's about that motor.

the esc i'm using is out of my (brushless but used to be brushed)stampede its an xl-5 and the steering servo is the one that came with the truck

the servo:http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXDVFJ(yes i know it discontinued)

    the esc:https://traxxas.com/products/parts/o.../xl5waterproof

the motor is an titan 12t 550 motor i think every knows what that is

I've done some silly 1/18 experiments with 1/10 stuff before. Didn't take any pictures. Are you trying to make it work, or work well? You can, mount the battery up high. I ran a piece of plastic from shock tower to shock tower, put a full size 6 cell stick battery on top, and ran the body over that. It had a high center of gravity and little bit of a body gap. It was a 380 motor with a 1/10 esc and 1/10 battery, it actually ran really good, it didn't body roll that much but it was a lot more than stock form. The run time and amperage was great from the bigg battery. I feel like a 550 motor would drain a mini battery very quickly. would a mini lipo fit? good luck, keep us posted.
