    Question PowerUp 8S part numbers??

    Hey all!

Does anybody have the part numbers for these upgrade parts? I remember Traxxas saying these individual parts will be available when the actual X Maxx is released. Which has come and gone. I'd like to order some of these parts from the kit and can't find part numbers?! They're always grumpy when I call lol.

They are on the traxxas site, under the support section for the new xmaxx. You will have to look at the list, as the power-up kit isn't going to be it's own exploded diagram or parts list.

How are you doing gathering parts?

My new 7727 bulkheads showed yesterday and the cush drive showed up today.

I think I'll pull those numbers AND build a parts list for the 8S upgrade.

Did you notice a difference between the 6S and 8S rear unit (7727 vs 7727x)? There is a small plastic guard piece that was different, but that's all I saw.

I haven't got to compare yet. The stuff showed and I threw it on the x maxx table.

I figured that they had to add a notch for the cush drive, guess not?

The 7727x is to fit the larger carrier bearings for the center differential. The valley where the bearing sits is just bigger. You gotta look really close or take a 6s center gear bearing and place in the 7727x you'll see the difference, hope this helps
